Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use monkeymanmedia.net (the “site”), which is run by Monkey Man Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who can use the site
The site is for businesses and people 18 or older acting for a business. If you submit a form for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to share its information with us.
2. Free content audits and call requests
The free content audit and any call you request are free and don’t commit you to anything. We send audits to the email you give us. An audit is our opinion about your public social media content. It isn’t a guarantee of views, followers, leads, sales or any other result. Asking for a call doesn’t book a time until we confirm one with you. Filming, editing, posting and other services are only provided under a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
3. How we contact you
When you submit a form, you’re asking us to contact you about it, and we may call or email you at the details you gave. Our calls are made by people, not autodialers or prerecorded messages, and we don’t send marketing text messages. You can ask us to stop at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Content on the site
The site’s text, design and logos belong to Monkey Man Media. The videos were produced by Monkey Man Media for our clients and are shown here as examples of our work. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, download, re-edit or republish our videos or other content without our written permission.
Brand names, logos and trademarks of other companies shown on the site belong to their owners. We show them to identify dealerships and businesses we’ve made content for. Showing them doesn’t mean those companies endorse us.
5. Things you can’t do
- Submit false information or someone else’s information without permission.
- Use bots or scripts to submit forms, scrape the site, or overload it.
- Try to break into, probe or disrupt the site or the systems behind our forms.
- Use the site to break the law or to send spam.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to social media platforms and other sites we don’t control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
7. Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we don’t make any warranties about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Results shown in examples aren’t a promise of your results.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Monkey Man Media won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it’s posted here with a new effective date.
